Ridgeline uses a small number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to operate the product. A sub-processor is a provider that processes operator or guest personal data on Ridgeline's behalf as part of delivering the service. This page is the authoritative, current list of Ridgeline's sub-processors, maintained at a stable URL.
Change Notice Commitment
Ridgeline provides at least 30 days' prior notice before adding a new sub-processor or replacing an existing one. Notice is delivered by email to each operator's designated privacy contact and by an update to this page, including an updated "Last updated" date. Routine changes that do not involve a new or replaced sub-processor (for example, clarifying a description) do not restart the notice period.
Anthropic, PBC · United States
LLM inference. Generates Ridgeline's responses and classifies the intent of operator queries. Operator queries and the property context needed to answer them (procedures, vendor records, operational history) are sent to Anthropic's API. Under Anthropic's standard API terms, this data is not used to train Anthropic's models and is retained only for abuse detection.
Railway Corporation · United States
Hosting infrastructure and managed Postgres (database storage). Railway hosts the Ridgeline application and the primary database that stores account data, property data, and operational records.
Notion Labs, Inc. · United States
Database storage. Stores Ridgeline's procedural playbook content, and holds read-only backup copies of operational databases during the transition window following their migration to Railway-hosted Postgres.
Voyage AI, Inc. · United States
Text embeddings. Procedural content and operator queries are processed by Voyage AI to enable semantic retrieval — matching a question to the relevant procedure.
Resend, Inc. · United States
Transactional email delivery. Sends sign-in link emails to operator email addresses. No property, guest, or operational data is included in these emails.
Google LLC (Google Fonts) · United States
Web font delivery. Ridgeline's pages load fonts from Google's font service, which receives the IP address of the requesting browser. No operator, guest, or operational content is sent to this service.
Hospitable · United States
Operator-authorized data source. Operators may connect their own Hospitable account, and Ridgeline reads reservation, guest, and property data from Hospitable under that authorization. Hospitable processes data under the operator's own agreement with Hospitable; Ridgeline does not send data to Hospitable or engage Hospitable to process data on its behalf.
