By accessing or using Ridgeline ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Product. These Terms apply to all users, including design partners and early access participants.
Ridgeline is an AI-powered Operations Management System (OMS) for rental property operators. It serves as the operational intelligence layer for property businesses — sitting above existing tools like property management systems, OTAs, and channel managers rather than replacing them. Ridgeline helps operators manage procedures, vendor relationships, operational history, and recurring issues through a conversational interface grounded in their own property knowledge.
Ridgeline is not a property management system (PMS). It does not manage bookings, rates, schedules, or finances. It is not a legal advisor, financial advisor, insurance advisor, or professional consultant of any kind. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, incorrect, or not applicable to your specific situation.
All operational decisions — including but not limited to vendor dispatch, guest compensation, safety incident response, refund decisions, and regulatory compliance — are solely your responsibility. Ridgeline's output is informational only. Acting on that output is your decision.
The Product is in active development. You acknowledge that: (a) features may change, be added, or removed without notice; (b) the Product may experience downtime, errors, or data loss during development; (c) you are participating as a design partner or early access user, not a paying customer; and (d) your participation and feedback are part of the product development process.
You may use Ridgeline solely to manage your own rental property operations. You may not:
Where Ridgeline provides access for your team members — virtual assistants, co-hosts, or staff — you are responsible for informing them that their activity in the Product is logged and may be reviewed by you. See the Privacy Policy for the rights they retain over their own data.
You retain ownership of your property data, vendor records, and operational logs. By using the Product, you grant Ridgeline a license to use that data to: (a) operate the Product and provide responses; (b) improve and develop the Product; and (c) derive aggregated and anonymized insights that may inform product development. This license survives termination with respect to aggregated or anonymized data. We do not sell your data or share identifiable data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Ridgeline is powered by AI and relies on third-party services to operate. Queries you submit — along with your property context including procedures, vendor details, and operational history — are processed by AI model providers and infrastructure services to generate responses. Ridgeline currently uses Claude, developed by Anthropic, as its AI model, and is required by Anthropic to disclose this. This processing is necessary to provide the Product. The specific services Ridgeline uses may change as the product evolves; the authoritative, current list is maintained at ridgelineoms.com/legal/sub-processors, and the Privacy Policy describes how your data is handled.
Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you provide may be used to improve the Product without compensation or attribution to you.
Your use of Ridgeline may involve entering information about your guests — names, complaints, stay details — as part of normal operations. You are responsible for ensuring your collection and use of guest data complies with applicable privacy laws. Ridgeline processes guest data on your behalf as a data processor; you remain the data controller for your guests' personal information.
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Ridgeline makes no warranty that the Product will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridgeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including outcomes resulting from operational decisions made based on Product output, vendor dispatch decisions, guest compensation decisions, safety incident responses, regulatory compliance decisions, or data loss during development. Ridgeline's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for access to the Product in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may end the relationship at any time. Ridgeline may revoke access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Product ends. Data handling following termination is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Ridgeline may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or product notice. Continued use of the Product after notice constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
